Madee and Teddy chose an upbeat song for their ceremony procession, ABBA’s Super Trouper, and gave their wedding party tambourines and triangles to play as they danced down the aisle. While guests waited for their turn to jump in the buffet line, we had a live trivia game with facts above the history of love. Each table name was the word “Love” in different languages and Madee + Teddy’s bright aesthetic took center stage in every element of decor. Towards the end of the night, they paid homage to Madee’s Filipino heritage with a Tinikling Dance. She kept her cool the entire time they were on the phone, crossing her fingers Mary Ann didn’t catch wind of the mini heart attack happening in as Alana’s picturing her car hitching a ride on a tow truck. Later the same night, Mary Ann calls back to confirm she wants to work with Godoy Events. The best part? When Alana finally spilled the tow truck tea at the end of the wedding, Mary Ann just laughed and said she thought their initial chat was amazing – she had no clue about the parking lot drama. It was a true testament to the team’s commitment and dedication to their craft, and Alana is still in close contact with Jan and Mary Ann, even months after the completion of the big day.
